How this works?

Every Thursday evening we come together on Youtube as we explore the topic of the week.

Each session is personal and intimate to you. No one has to know what you write in your letter as it is sacred to you.

Each letter can be seen as messages from your Soul and the words that we do not speak out-loud has the opportunity to be heard.

One powerful perk that these letters hold is that it increases with value as your life progress, when you revisit the Letters a year from now, then you would be able to see the immense growth that has taken place since then.

Who is this for?

Writing a letter can be done by anyone, but for this particular self-development tool and exercise it is for the individual who are curious about themselves and curious to what words are left unspoken that needs to be heard and felt. These sessions can be healing if you choose to allow it. Each person has their own experience and what we uncover during the session has no value to anyone else but you.

This is why its called a Love Letter to yourself. You allow the words within you to flow out and encourage you in your own unique way.

What do I need to join these sessions?

1. Pen and Paper or Journal

3. Schedule out your Thursday evenings

4. Show up with a sense of curiocity.

Each weeks session is about 1 hour long and if you are not yet satisfied with your letter and you feel that there is more information flowing then you are more than welcome to continue writing after the session.

After each session there will be a Telegram Call for those who would love to expand more and have any questions.
