Love Always, is designed for the individuals who are feeling unsatisfied with answers the external world has given to them.

Module One: Personal Love Letter

Together we will write a personal love letter to ourselves, to raise the standards of how we love ourselves and show up to love others.

Benefit of this letter: You have an asset that you carry with you on this journey to remind yourself that you are never alone, you have yourself and that it is okay to be alone and you are all that you ever need. It will also show you that you are already whole and loved. It all starts with you, filling your cup first.

Module Two: The Cloud of the Past

Together we will write a letter to our past selves to conjour up all the hurt, the trauma, the shame, the good times and the bad. Allowing what will come to the surface to be revealed and healed. This session will allow you to stop resisting and face the dark and light areas of your past and shine healing light upon it.

Benefits of this letter: Reduced state of depression, weight being lifted off your shoulders, courage to face tomorrow, being able to forgive and be forgiven by yourself. Realizing it was all worth it because you will not be here if you didn't go through all of the curveballs that came your way in the past.

Module Three: The Hope of Tomorrow

Together we will write a time capsuleto our Future Selves. We will share our hopes and dreams in a way that is has already happen, you will place roadsigns ahead of yourself for your future self to know what experiences you want to have.

Benefits of this Letter: You will have an assest with you that you will be guided to open sometime in the future and the content that you wrote to yourself in this letter will blow your mind how accurate it is to your situation that you find yourself in. Module Four: Who Are You

Together we will write a letter to ourself, diving into our own being to discover who we believe we are, and what we would love to become. This letter has the potential to answer the most mysterious question that mankind faces, and we can only ever answer it for ourselves and there is no right or wrong answers.

Benefits of this Letter: You get show up as who you know yourself to be, you have a physical stating who you are in your own handwriting. This is also a time capsule in a way and when you re-read this letter in a couple of months or a year from now you will see how wise you really are.

Module Five: Letter of Recommendation

Together in this letter, we are going to write a letter of recommendation to ourselves. Instead of relying on what other people say about us, we will discover our own true worth.
